What can be done to save a dying Tophat Blueberry plant.?

Question:I transplanted a Tophat Blueberry plant that I bought via mail order; I transplanted it into a bigger pot 9" in my backyard according to the instructions. It's been about two weeks and it is dying leaves turning brown. It's about 6 in. high. I wanter it regularly and at the time of transplating fed it with the Miracle Grow Plant food according to the instructions on the box for transplating. What can I do to save the plant.

Answers:
I looked up blueberries in my book and it wasn't much help so all I can tell you is blueberries have to have acidic soil, they need plenty of moisture and lots of sun. When you transplant put them 1 inch deeper than in nursery make sure your plant wasn't root bound. Sometimes plants are so root bound that when planted they stay that way and the solution is to gently pull roots away from each other. You can try tenting it for a while so it is humid enough. Sorry I can't be of more help good luck
