Who makes ditches/re-dig from out of city residence?


Question:Hi there,

I have standing Water in ditch and need ditch to be dug again. They did not dig it deep enough the last time..which I think was about a year ago.The standing water has turned into green algea And having biting nats in it which come into my house when I open my door. Please reply.

Usually ditches are taken care of by the city/county first and the state department of transportation. I would contact them to inform them of the condition, in the mean time, you might consider pouring a very small amount of bleach into that water to help kill off the algea and bugs (do not put too much, there will be some websites online telling how much to use).
