Interesting problem... Have they nested there and refuse to leave? or ar they just stuck? perhaps an irritant may work.. like a smoke bomb.
put a cat in there.
or maybe some mesh
you will probably have to physically remove them.
Once they are gone, cover their entrance with hardware cloth(metal mesh).
Keep in mind that any obstruction you place in the path of a dryer exhaust will have to be checked periodically for lint buildup.
