I have ants in my kitchen is there a better way to rid them then kill them with my bare hands and no chemicals

Question:I feel like a murder.

Answers:
haha yes there is a much better way. get rid of all your open food, first off!! then you can draw circles around them with chalk, but that takes forever. Turn on your burners, that gets a lot if there's any on your stove. Put down sticky tape with a drop of syrup on it to get them on it. But most importantly, GET SOME ANT KILLER from the store and spray it every where.

We always have that problem in the beginning of summer. Good luck!

Sorry! You will have to use Grant's ant stakes (traps) and use Hot Shots dye free scent free bug spray..and keep your kitchen clean and dry. I hear they hate cinnamon.(no sugar)
its call Combat kills ants quickly and you get 6 baits in a box and you can buy it at walmarts and it don't cost that much either and it works too.
Try diatomaceous earth. It's totally organic and safe for pets and children.
Once I was told that baby powder actually worked, so I tried it, and guess what? IT DID, the only problem was, the ants found a new way to enter. Before too long, I had baby powder everywhere.
i just went through this in our NEW house... what a PAIN.
The thing is, if you kill them, more will still come. You have to drop poison that they will take back to the queen. once shes dead the problem is solved.
we called our pest control people and he came and put this little sicky stuff it was like glue... put it in corners, cabinets, around water features in the house... it was great.
It obviously worked because no more ants!
The one thing the guy told us was dont spray to kill them if he does the treatments... it defeats the purpose
Don't use sprays it will harm you too smoke your house. (it's a simple process, cover your whole house with a cloth and insert smoke and go away that day on a trip or something)
