Like any plant, a Bonsai tree can be easily over-watered. Check the soil dampness before you water. If it's Dry, go ahead. If it is moist, then hold off watering for another day or two.

Maplesugarjoe's answer is a good GENERAL suggestion, but not necessarily for your bonsai. Hundreds of species are made into bonsai, and some need different waterings. If you like, send a photo or description of the foliage to me at:
