My young rosemary plants have tiny white things living underneath the leaves that seem to be slowly killing..?

Question:them? there is some white kind of fluff stuff too, just a bit maybe a web although i don't think it's spiders. i have grown these plants myself and it took so long can i save them? other than that the plants are doing well are about 10 inches tall and have a good aroma. ...thanks, i'm new at this...

Answers:
Mealy bugs.

Many sprays available to kill them at Lowes or HomeyD. Water will knock them off using pistol grip attachment. Alcohol on cotton balls will kill them. Disyston is a superior systemic insecticide.

good luck

take the seed burn them down (if these kills them). Then plant new ones. These has been done on black plague and look it worked even if it's radical.
mix a little washing up liquid with plenty of water and sprinkle the bush, repeat the action a couple of time after a suitable interval
Try washing up water, just throw the lot over the plant, and see what happens I did this to Rose bushes and it worked a treat, but I don't really know about the results on Rosemary plants. be interesting to know.
Your best bet is to make up a water/soap solution and spray it all over, its harmless to the plant and will kill off most types of fly or spider mite and eggs. Keep an eye on the progress and spray fortnightly, it should clear up, if it doesn't maybe try and insecticide, sounds like a type of animal matter !
