When I open or close the door of my fridge-freezer....?

Question:there is a whistling sound which lasts for about 5 seconds. This in itself isn't a problem but it's just started to happen over the past month or so and I was wondering if it was a sign of something more serious - it's a fairly modern piece of equipment and seems to be working perfectly. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Answers:
That's normal. It's just resealing itself. If it wasn't doing it, I would be concerned.

It is sealing the door tight. This is usually caused from the air conditioner running in the house or a high humidity level. If its running good its perfectly normal. The frig is also opened more this time of year because of ice.
