What is a spin style socket driver?

Question:I am putting together a tool box off a list from an employer... Im looking for either what a spin style socket driver is or if there is another simpler name for it.

There is a spin screed impact socket driver. They are like the ones you see in a tire shop when they take the lug nuts off to remove a tire. Check with your employer. I would think the above type of driver would be furnished by the employer.
