A lot of those plants can be obtained by mail order. Look up plant mail order catalogs online, this may be an easier way to pinpoint them!

be very careful with this plant however because although very beautiful it can cause a servere alergic reaction in some people that can lead to death.
look online for a nursery carrying those types of plants and have them shipped to you directly from the nursery.
california, usa around san francisco has some excellent oriental plants and jasmine.
