Burn one or two egg shells in all rooms for two/ three days and if required repeat again. they will go away
If they are komodo dragons or gila monsters, I would advise staying away from the walls. (the mass to volume ratio of those species makes it unlikely that you'ld find them on the ceiling).

brrrr.i HATE lizards...i wanna know how to keep lizards away ...if u have any suggestion then dont hesitate to put them yaar.
but im sure that sleeping early wud at least help u to not see lizards in halucinations...:) its late...

get a pet dog preferably a Labrador.
Hang Egg shell on the walls... or the quickest way to get rid of those is... follow these steps if u have guts
1- Take a big Disposal Syringe
2- Fill it with Kerosine
3- Shoot it at them
4- They will collapse on the groud unconscious
5- Kill them now
Use any cheap after-shave lotion ,and dab some along the corners ,and at random along the walls. It's a close shave for the lizards from then on. The only downside here is that ,you ought to be comfy with the aftershave odour. If you don't mind spending some more ,go for a better brand of aftershave.
