Air rifle allowed in council house garden?
Question:Hello, I currently live in a council house and I'm wandering if it is an offense to use a air rifle in my back garden, it's rather large 30m by 15m, I was just wandering If i would be able to use a B3-F air rifle. Can I use it in my garden or not?

If you are in England i think they consider air rifles a firearm. In the states, you are okay to use a air rifle in your backyard unless it is against your city rules.
If in England contact local police to find out whether you need a permit. Don't think you can actually use the weapon in your garden if its in a residential area.
