Has any1 ever used SELECTIVE INTERNATIONAL COURIERS?

Question:I recently bought some products from sum1 and paid via paypal, she emailed me over a week ago and said that they had picked the parcel up and it will be with me within 5 days. I have still not recieved the parcel, she said she has used selective international to send the parcel, just wondering if any1 has ever used them and if they have had any problems with them?
