What should i do?
Question:I live in a neighborhood, one thats rapidly changing. N E ways, there is a forest in our back yard n i really like it. There planning to cut it down next year n im really sad. There is so many animals living in it that i really want to save it. But what can i do? im only 13

Good for you for realizing what an amazing habitat you have right in your own backyard. Do you know who bought the land and what they plan to do with it? You could start documenting the different animals that live there and writing letters to the local zoning board and the people who bought the land and tell them what you discovered. It might not be realistic for them to set aside all the land, but it might be possible for them to take your concerns into consideration and set aside a parcel of the land to maintain the habitat. Maybe you could ask your teacher to make it a class project and you can present your findings to the powers that be as a class.

Dose'nt madder how old you are have your parents help you out, git signatures, do anything. you have to fite for what you want dont let age get in the way, were all people. Dont give up until you have done all you can do.
