What do you think makes the most attractive pool liner? color- design?

By far the most beautiful is white, which when filled with water turns the pool a most sparking blue you've ever seen.
It depends how natural you want the pool water to look. The most popular, of course, is turquoise - a greenish blue. This is the color of the water at many tropical beaches. You can use a patterned vinyl liner or colored tiles - the pattern tends to add to the pool's attractiveness, but the turquoise base color is almost a must.
Most people want their water blue. It will look blue with almost any liner. I prefer a water design at the bottom with a tile design at the top. On the link below there are about 30 liner patterns. My favorite one is the Stone Tile but I have gray steps on my pool.
