Easy and cheap way to get rid of spiders?
Question:I have arachnophobia and I get real paranoid when I get one in my room. Tonight I had one in my bed that almost touched me and now I don't know when I will be able to sleep in it, I will probably be up all night.
Answers:
Me too! Damn spiders, and now I have a roach in my room and I'm scared to death! I'm sure not gonna sleep tonight. What I suggest in your situation is that you get some hair spray and a shoe and if it comes close to you then spray it or throw the shoe at it. It's good to know there's another person in the same situation that I'm in right now. Sorry if this didn't help & Goodluck! =]
I would have never guessed a guy from Detroit Michigan would be scared of a spider.
A shoe
Go to your local grocery store, buy bug bombs. Follow the directions. Depending on the size of your house/apartment, you can buy them in packs of 1 or up to 3. Bug bombs are good and do the job on all creepy crawlys. Every year as winter begins to set in and all those little critters go hide for winters sleep, like under houses and such, we always buy them and fog under our house, that way, they don't crawl up through the cracks into our warm winter home.
Raid has been around for years, and it's what we use and it does good for the price which is around $10
I would suggest going to Walmart or Lowe's and get a container-(complete with hose attachment) of Ortho home spray...(Usually around $6.00-$8.00) You can use it all around the inside of the house and it is good for various bugs so it should work quiet well. Make sure it says safe for in-home use-some pesticides are for outside only.
