What does off-street commuter parking mean?

Question:Looking at apartments to rent. Listing states that you get one reserved parking space and one off-street commuter parking. What does that mean?

Answers:
I would assume it means you get a parking space in a commuter parking lot. One where you park close to a train or subway station and use them to commute to and from different places..
