Gas & Electricity Supplier?
Question:I'll be moving into a new house in the nest few weeks and i wanna know how i find out who will be supplying my gas & electicity?

work out who you want to supply it and they will find out the details for you.
Ask the previous occupants or the estate agent, but the gas and electric meter should have a sticker on with a phone number to check if they are still supplying it or who is now supplying it.

theres a company called 24/7 who can tell you about who supplies any residential address but will only post the details to that address due to customer privacy

The seller needs to tell you, a solicitor shoudl have asked them.
If its a new house, the builder will know because they will have applied to the gas/electric connection
Depends on where your new house is - IF your in the UK YOU choose who supplies your Gas and Electricity - depending on who you think has the best tariff for you.
If you are not in the UK - or even if you are - surely the easiest way to find out is to just ask the people who are selling you the house.

I dont know how you find out who your current supplier would be, but if i where you id just go on this site - http://www.moneysupermarket.com/utilitie... and change suppliers. Then you won't have to worry about it an it will be sorted out by the suppliers for you.
