What kind of bee are flying around the pine trees and apple trees and ceder trees?

Question:I was out about 9:30 tonight and was looking up into the pine tree and saw 100's of bees but I was not hearing that aerating bee noise. I live in Mi. has anyone seen this happen in their back yard? If so what kind of bees are they? Thanks

Answers:
they sound like honey bees.
Actually they are being found dead all over the world. let them be. Honestly its a crisis !
We have some and you have some so that's a really good sign. Scientists don't know what is killing them.our apple tree is starting to show little apples now and the bees went somewhere else. We could walk directly under them and they didn't even notice us !
we had so many we could watch the trees shake and the blossoms were falling like snow!
It was sorta cool :)
