My landlord sucks....?

Question:I have a well. My water keeps cutting out. There is no predicting if it will shut off, when it will shut off or how long it will be off. What could be the problem?

Answers:
The pressure switch is bad heat is causing it to fail. This is common in most relays once it cools then it works as normal

It could be a problem with the pump, or with the plumbing. Until you know what's happening, I'd certainly suggest keeping a substantial supply of water on hand, just in case.

As for your landlord - check the lease and see what his obligations are as far as providing repairs for the property and the well.

Good luck!
