Above ground pool beaded liner when i slide the liner into the groove i have about 12" to much liner?

Question:is this normal? wall height is good..ground cover is also good. problem is the groove i slide liner into there is more liner than track..what do i need to do?

Call the company you purchased the liner from. Having 12" is too much liner. If possible, have the box the liner came in close when you call. They may need info off the box.
