Answers:
24 hours. concrete continues to harden for many years. it reaches 600 psi (at the very least for a compression test) in 28 days. After the first day, it is usually 150psi, plenty for your feet, since your shoes, on average, are only applying around 10 psi.
Depending on the outside temp. at least a couple of days.
24 hours.
At least three days.
24 hours unless you're dragging something across it or it is something extremely heavy. If you want to be cautious, wait 48 hours. By the way, typical plant-patched concrete cures to at least 3,000 psi -- 2,500 minimum if watered down too much.
