What should i price childrens shirts and pants at the garage sale?
Question:my town has a garage sale coming up and i need to figur out much to price children's shirts and pants . i was thinkin' $3 for pants and $2 for shirts. any better prices?

$2.00 for the pants and $1.00 for the shirts. People don't want to pay 5.00 for an outfit at a garage sale...you want to sell the stuff not keep it..they want a bargain or they don't buy..also, maybe do a group thing, buy 2 get the second half price.. or 3 pairs pants for $5.00... people like to barter..

Unfortunately when you sell at garage sale, the buyers want to pay as little as possible, usually the going rate is 50 cents to a dollar depending on brand, group similar items together with a price for each item, be flexible, set your price a little higher than what you really want for it, so you have room to bargain, that's half the fun of tag sales. we love to bargain.
