Why not make your own: Buy some netting, stitch elastic around in a circle and pop it over the fan.
try OUR HOME. they sell all kinds of stuff there, they might have it.
well usually if you can't afford to just go buy another fan that is already screened, you could go to hardware store where they have fencing materials and ask for ' chicken wire ' explain to them what you need it for and that you need the kind with small holes to be child proof, i'm sure they can help you with that,,,
