How to keep cool (ghetto style)?

Question:So im in hagerstown, and i live in a house from this realy ghetto renting place. Our Central Air has been broken sense we moved in. how can i keep kool when i dont want to run the bill up with 5 thousand fans?

Answers:
During the day when its hot turn the fans around backwards so they are actually sucking the hot air out. Then in the evening when it cools down outside turn them back the right way. Also, try to keep the windows covered during the sunny times and keep lights off and don't use your oven.

take a cold shower
buy a window air conditioning unit and run that instead of fans that don't cool they just circulate the air
put a big bowl of ice in front of a box fan which is sitting in a window. Open all the doors and windows and put another fan facing outward at a window in the other end of the house. Keep off all the lights and anything electrical you can do without or that might produce even a little heat.
OH, and eat ice.
gurl go to the store and open one of the fridge doors where they have stuff like the ice creams and cold sodas...lol...enjoy...
Put on your tube top and spandex shorts and lounge around on the sofa on your front porch. lol:)
