How can I get my pool clean before I fill it?

Question:I have an 18 ft by 4 ft above ground pool. The pool cover fell into it a few months ago, so it is pretty dirty. I used a wet dry vac. to get the water out of it and most of the leaves, etc. Now we are left with mostly dried mud, maybe a little algae on the bottom. Does anybody have any ideas on how best to get this clean? Thank you.

Answers:
Just use some water and some bleach. Use a push broome to clean up the mud and algae. Vacuum it out, rinse and vac and clean a few more times until the sides and bottom are clean. One final rinse and vac, then you can fill up the pool.
