Question:I just bought a new mattress and there are valleys from where we sleep. Does anyone know if this will go away or is it from the fact that we have split box springs?

Answers:
Actually they shouldve told you when you purchased your mattress that every few months your suppose to flip them. Try that and see if it helps. Then a few months later flip them back. If that doesnt help then I would call the manufacturing company or where ever you purchased them from. Hope this helps and Good luck

You have been ripped off. Contact the place you bought it from and the BBB.
how long have you had it? if not more than 3 months you got a crappy mattress. try flipping it over, you're supposed to do that once a month to avoid those valleys.
If its new....take that sucker back!
Mattress cost today are outrageous!! the manufacture should take care of it for you!
Common complaint! The minimal quality polyurethane foam used in the top comfort layer of most innerspring mattresses rapidly degrades, resulting in body depressions. Depending on the depression depth, the mattress may or may not qualify for an exchange.

Some consumers are selecting a less expensive "firm" model and adding a higher quality 3" talalay latex topper with a wool fleece pad.
