How do you get dirt out of your pool?

Question:It has been so windy that there is a lot of dirt in the bottom. The net thing can't get it. It's an above ground pool (not one of those wal-mart things with the inflatable ring). I don't know what to do and my daughter's bithday pool party is this weekend! I need help!

Answers:
Go to a pool store and get a little vacuum. (tubing and vacuum brush attachment) shouldn't be that much but you will never regret buying it!

The only way is to run a pool cleaner if you have one. I had allot of dust accumulate in mine a month ago. I just kept running the bottom cleaner and it cleaned it up. If you don't have a cleaner, you may have to change the water.
i had the same problem when i had an above ground pool, get atleast 2-3 people in the pool, sounds silly but it really works, keep on walking around pool to get a good flow circulating, then get out of pool, all the dirt should be in the middle of the pool when circulation stops, suck it up with vacuum,or pick up with screen,iv'e done it many times,it does work, just make sure your close to the wall when you walk, good luck
