Has anybody ditched bt and signed up with talk talk, it sounds good but dont want to change and be mugged off?

I have heard that Talk Talk is utter crap.
i now 3 people who think talk talk is crap
yep..the first bill was really cheap..then it turned crap...no cheaper really cos all these 'extra charges' turn up.
The free broadband is rubbish too, i was proomised it since feb and so far no sign of it so i gave up calling them.
Don't bother with 'em.

we swopped from BT to Talk Talk but they were expensive and there customer services were complete sh*t needless to say we`re back with BT

Talk Talk is cheaper but they charge you £30 for their modem and their customer service is DIABOLICAL!
Our phone went dead and full service was not received for a whole week ! If you ever need to speak to customer services I can tell you now, it will be a bloody miracle if you get through to them !! Seriously don't bother!
