When do I pick the pepper? It is supposed to be a "red bell" pepper, so do I wait until it is red or is it

Question:just a green bell pepper that when you wait it'll turn red? AND It is the first fruit, will it get more blooms if I go ahead and pick it green?

Answers:
You can pick it when it's green
or wait until it turns red. red peppers are
a little sweeter. the plant should get more
blooms wether you pick the peppers or not.

If you want a red bell pepper you have to wait until the green pepper turns red.
It is ripe when it turns red. Because green peppers are unripe, they are less sweet and slightly more bitter than yellow, orange, or red peppers.
I'm afraid I don't know about getting more blooms.
Have a good day!
