Unless it is a very expensive box, just force it open or drill out the lock. Usually it's cheaper to replace the box than it is to call a locksmith.
Any reputable locksmith can open it. Call him first and give him the details...
Try a butter knife or an envelope opener. All else fells- lock smith.
You should call the company and request new keys. They usually charge for new keys though.
