What kind of structures can be built without laying foundations?
Question:Just looking for any architectural structures which do not require laying foundations first?

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but...
A pier/beam home does not need a slab foundation. Neither does a crawspace home (enough room under the house to crawl under).
A tent?
An Igloo?
A Lemonade Stand?
You can have a deck without a foundation.
A pole shed. A Quonset hut.
