How do we get rid of ants and how did they get in?

Question:Somehow we have ants. Believe me when I say that I am the cleanest person in the world and consumate neat freak. What can we do to get rid of them, besides selling the house and moving. I have to be really careful about pesticides because I am pregnant. We also want to be careful about harming any other wildlife like squirrels and such. Any suggestions.

Answers:
You can treat the outside of your home with Boiling Hot water and 3 cups of Clorox per gallon of water. Find the Mound and Pour the solution on it and elsewhere around the home. Inside your home, set out Ant bait Trays (especially around window sills and corners.)You can buy these at Lowes or any Walmart and yes they will work. It will take a few days but Poof they are gone.
