ewww.. thats discusting if my boyfriend ever knew i had spiders he would never stay lol...just kill them all!!!
Well, apparently the area that you live in happens to be their habitat. Do you live near water? You are living in there home so therefore, you are the intruder. There's probably been frogs and lizzards there for a long time.
I did read somewhere about using mothballs around the outside of your house & that may keep them from trying to get into your house. Put them around the foundations, at your door, etc. Mothballs are quite effective in keeping a lot of different critters away.
Trust me, they really don't "love to come in" because you have taken them out of their habitat and they usually die inside.
The reason that you have frogs and lizards are because you have a food source for them. You have to treat for the other pests (even if you don't see them, they are still there). Once you remove the food source, the frogs and lizards will leave looking for another food source.
Personally, I would not want to get rid of all of the frogs and lizards because they are a natural way to keep your pest problems down to a minimum.
become a cub scout den mother have meetings after dark the boys will love your place.
The coffee groounds should work, also try peppermint plants around the walkway. Frogs are natures indicator that the soil conditions are healthy. I know that its a nuisance, but try to be light hearted about it, they are amazing hunters and take care of lots of other nasty damaging insects,as do the lizards.
