Has anyone used Herculiner brush on bed liner for above ground swimming pool top rails?

Question:Our pool top rails are rusting and I noticed they are making resign pool tops now, but I can't find just the top rails, they want to sell you the whole pool. I was just wondering why this brush on bed liner stuff wouldn't work. Thanks to anyone who can help.

If you are asking about applying to metal only, sure it will work. Will not work on applying to the pool liner.
