Carpet Beetles?
Question:Has anyone ever had Carpet Beetles in their home? Best way to get rid of them before they eat the carpet to pieces please.

yes - we have carpet beetles - we just moved into a bungalow and they are pretty much everwhere -

vacuum often, throw out any really infested stuff. sticky fly paper works to trap adult. Cedar has a chemical in it that's toxic to the larvae but not to adults. Last resort call Terminex or the local pest/bug control guy. good luck
i have the same problem they are horrible wee things! yuk. I have tried the hoovering constantly and killing them when i see them but still have probs, so going to phone the local council and see if they can do anything!
