Question:They are all over my apartment. How can I stop them from getting inside?

Answers:
Use those road apples you see on the side of the road. They are big green look like a brain..keeps spiders out.

place 1 or 2 moth balls in each room.I put mine at the top of the curtains.. they have different scents on these things now so you don't have to have your house smell like Grandma's..only use a couple per room though and a few in your basement.should take care of it for you..good luck!
First of all is oxymoronic to say you don't want to hurt animals with pesticide when you're trying to get rid of spiders. The first thing to do is eliminate all the bugs (not just spiders) in your apartment, start on a clean sheet. Then try to keep their favourite places well illuminated spiders don't like it when everyone can see them. Also try to keep air circulating throughout your apartment. Spiders try to keep away from areas that feel as though they are threatened and some air circulating around will make them feel out in the open. Once you've purged your house try to keep doors and windows closed as much as possible to keep them from coming in. It should be safe to keep them open again in two or three weeks. This is what I did to keep my house clean and it mostly worked although every now and then I'll run into one.
