Answers:
Yeah, report them for your baby's sake. You are that child's only advocate and you have the duty to report to keep your child safe and healthy, especially if your child has ahsma. Go report it immediately and move out if all else fails. GOOD LUCK.
itz just weed
Next time you smell weed, call the cops. They won't say who told them, and it will most likely stop.
I've got nothing against weed either, but you've got a kid to worry about, and the kid comes first.
I think you should tell on her but tell who ever you told don't say it was me who told on her! Do it because your baby could be inhaling that drug and it could make your baby really sick! Hey, it's better safe than sorry! would you rather be known as a snitch or the mom that let hr baby die because she was afraid of being looked at like a snitch? Its your call. Good luck with that!
just tell the teenager, you know what shes doing and that she should do it somewhere else if she is going to continue smoking weed. . . .
You need to do something to protect you and your child. I think that you should first try to find out where it is coming from. Go in the hallway or something when you smell it and try to figure out exactly where it's coming from. Then I would confront the person first. Let them know you do have a young child and that you do not want her exposed to it. Tell them you would appreciate it if they could do it outside or somewhere else outside of the building (car, etc.). They should appreciate your honesty and that you didn't just run to the apt. complex. If it continues then report it to your apt. complex. Obviously they will know it is you if it doesn't stop, but most people prefer being confronted first because often people don't realize that something they are doing is affecting someone else. They might not even realize that you can smell it, give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely do something. Goodluck!
Unfortunately there is not much you can do if they are doing it in their own apartment out of sight and the smoke is permeating through the vents and walls. You can't prove who is responsible and even if you could unless the police had reason to believe they were dealing there is a very limited chance the police will serve a search warrant based on these facts. Without a search warrant you have no proof and most of the time the D.A. will not spend money and/or resources for such a small incident that they can't even prove. It's unfortunate but I have the same problem. You just have to deal with it or complain to your landlord and maybe start a petition among your neighbors to sign and present that to the landlord as well to let them know that it is not only you who has noticed it and it is a nuisance. Good luck!
