What kind of temperature can I expect to get out of each mark on a standard (english) gas hob on a cooker?

Question:I need to find the heat output for each mark on the gas hobs. Can anyone tell me this?

Answers:
Even with a 'standard' cooker, there are ABSOLUTELY no 'clear standard' for how much heat a cooker will put out. They all depends on the output of your cooker; check the owner manual for it. And also it depends on the how clean and new your cooker is, dirt and gease can decrease the level of heat output.

The only way to find out the guesstimate of the heat out put is bring the brand and the model of your stove to a store specialized in appliance such as Tv and Home Appliance.
They might be able to guess, but no guarantee.
