What is this moth/butterfly?

Question:It is about 1/2 inch across. It's head and legs are orangish-red. It has black wings with white spots. Very beautiful! But tiny for a butterfly/moth.

Moths have 'fuzzy' antennae..very wide with lots of 'hairs'.
Butterflys have slender antennae.
