Stuff happens right?

Question:last night , my sister came to me and said "Huston , we have a problem" She told me to follow her and there in the garabage disposal was a tupperware cup stuck inside(no fooling) the cup is facing upward and and it mouth of the cup is about big as the disposer. How do I get it out? Don't ask me how it got in because I am still puzzled over that as well. Thanks for the help.

Answers:
Get a pair of tongs that will fit in the cup. Open the tongs, and wrap the ends with Vet Wrap, Athletic tap, or any rubberized type tape. Close the tongs, insert into cup, and pull the tongs open. Keep applying pressure to keep the tongs keep them open, and slowly lift until the cup is out.

Alternately, get a small wooden dowel rod, about 1/2 inch to an inch in diameter. Get some of the foam mounting squares that are sticky on both sides. Attach the square to the end of the dowel, remove the covering, and insert until it sticks to the bottom of the cup. Slowly raise until the cup is out.

If either of these soultions don't work, or are not possible, it is time to get a plumber, or someone who knows how to remove the disposal in order to remove the cup and then put the disposal back on. It's not hard if you have basic plumbing knowledge and the right tools, but if you don't, then don't even attempt it.

Drill a hole in the bottom, insert a hook type item and pull up.
Just try calling a plumer!
