Why do my clothes smell after being in my closet for a while?
Question:Most of the time I use scented fabric softeners when I dry my clothes, but why do my clothes have this smell after being in my closet for a while?
Is there anything I can buy that will eliminate the smell?? I don't want to use and do not believe in Febreeze or air fresheners. I need something that will keep my clothes freshly scented and clean. Thanks!

You could use a sachet to cover up the odor in your closet, or take the clothes you are going to wear out of the closet the night before and let them air out.
Empty your closet and check for Mold.

My friend gave me some little ornaments for my bathroom that smelt quite sweet. One day I noticed too my clothes had a bit of a smell, so after letting everything out the closet (ha) for a day, I put the ornaments on ribbon and tied them on the rails and placed them on shevles.
Now my clothes smell sweet and fresh! yay!
