How can I keep skinks away from the inside of our house?!?
Question:I live in FL , I don't mind the skinks at all and let them chill out by the front door where it eats the dead bugs.
Today I saw a baby skink in my house! A little to close for comfort I have a cat! They are highly toxic to cats.
Is there a way to repel them from the house without killing them preferably?

I would guess they are getting in by some sort of crack around the foundation of your house. Take a look around and see if there are any large cracks that need sealing. Also any place where wires/cables go in the house. Make sure all these areas are sealed up. Just use a clear caulk to seal it.
I didn't know skinks were toxic to cats. My dogs chase them all the time and they've never gotten sick. Very weird to see a wriggling tail when they drop it off to escape a predator's jaws. LOL.
