BIG KITCHENS, LIVING ROOMS , BEDROOMS, HALLWAYS AND BATHROOMS. SLIDING PATIO DOOR, TALL CEILINGS, AND HARDWOOD FLOOR.
2-3 CAR GARAGE AND A BIG YARD AND A POND.
BIG BIG BATHROOM IN MASTER.
PHONE JACKS IN EVERY ROOM, AND 2 OUTLETS ON EVERY WALL(EXCESSIBILITY). LOTS OF CABINETS, BIG PANTRY W/O WATER HEATER IN IT(GARAGE). CEILING FANS IN BEDROOMS, KITCHEN, AND LIVING ROOM WITH DIMMER LIGHTS. A TOWEL CLOSET IN THE BATHROOMS.
Most buyers are looking for nicely remodeled or updated kitchens and bathrooms. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are very popular, as well are commercial ranges--such as the wolf brand.

Other enticing aspects that buyers look for would be curb appeal, a full 2 car garage, large master bedroom with bath, pedestal sinks, wood --tile--or concrete flooring is very popular these days.
And of course it goes without saying that the home should be clean and uncluttered when the buyer is shown the property.
Roomyness. A updated kitchen and bathrrom. A basement for storage, a garage, a walk up attic. 3 bedrooms at least. At least an acre of land and a porch and a back deck for entertaining. I can do fixing up of floors and walls and carpet so I dont really care about how it looks cosmetically so long as the walls arent falling in and the floors arent sagging.
