How do you get rid of nats in your house!?

Question:i only have them in my kitchen & bathroom i kill them one day & the next they are back.

Answers:
I don't know what nats are, sorry.

Do a good cleaning, clean drip pan under fridge, and pour bleach down drains couple times a day for about 3 days.
ok nats? What do they look like? All i know is for fruit flies or maybe they're nats, is that you put the bounty little tissue thingy whatever they're called, and bugs hate those that's why they're never in my aunt's room.xD try it.
I think you mean gnats. They are probably coming from house plants that have been watered too much so the soil has soured and attracted them. Put the houseplants outside for a few days, let them dry out mostly (not so they wilt, just so the dirt dries out a bit and the gnats lose the desire to stay). Stir up the surface of the dirt a little after you put the plants outside. The gnats will leave the house plants and when you bring the plants back in - no more gnats!

If you don't have house plants, there is probably some dampness somewhere that is attracting them - bad pipe, leak under the carpet?
Gnats , they live of the fresh soil & dead roots of your house plant´s . Let your house plant´s dry out for a week and you will be rid of the gnats
