FL Brown Widow extermination?

Question:Our office has a large mailbox outside which we use every day. Of recent two medium size *brown* widows and one large female with at least four or five egg sacks have nested in the bottom of our mailbox. We must then open the bottom of the mailbox, stick our hands in, and hope the spiders don't bite! Any suggestions on how to satisfactorily get rid of these spiders, without blowing up the mailbox that it?
