Is there a way to get rid of bed bugs without pesticides?

Try tea tree oil. You should be able to find it at the local health store under tea tree essential oil or melaleuca alternafolia (I think that is about the right spelling). While you are at it with essential oils I would mix some clove oil in the same mixture and spritz on the mattress etc. Clove oil tends to burn the skin so test somewhere inconspicuous to make sure you don't screw up the bed. Or you could just try the tea tree first. I have had fantastic results repelling roaches with tea tree oil.

(i sleep on the floor on a matress)i had those i sweeped them off and stopped leaving plates that i ate off of on the bed...it worked my bed is still on the floor no bugs since!its comfortable on the floor!
you pretty much cant. once they're in the bed thats it. theyre in. i lived with them for about 9 mos or so and tried everything to get rid of em. even pesticides. but they just keep coming. you need to get rid of the mattress and boxspring. then spray down your floors and wash all the sheets. also vaccuum the floor after you spray it. get yourself a new bed after. be careful they're not on your clothes or they'll come back again and in other rooms if they travel on you to them. an exterminator might be another option too.
