Answers:
Put some in a jar and take them to a bug killer place in your area or the county extension and say---what are these*(&*(&*(
and how do I kill 'em.

They are fleas dear. Call an exterminator and treat your yard with Sevin Dust.
Just call an exterminator and have them take care of it. It will be faster and in the end cheaper since you dont know what your doing or killing.
You got Dogs? sounds like fleas, get your self some Malathion, kills them dead...Nuf Said
Yes, they are fleas I know what you mean I live in Texas myself it would be okay.
hahaha, i got myself a new partner who also is tired of bugs and little fleas!
i'm from Texas, yall. and yes, i also am tired of those little bugs.
i remember once i put bugs inside a cold drink that i just bought from a restaurant store and i brought that cup back, telling the manager that the cup has bugs so he gave a new free one! he's like so naive.
but anyways, i will kill every of those little bugs that are on my way!
