It could be algea...but remember pools need to be cleaned once a week...clen it out...get a filter...it worked on mine!

Algea you need to buy some chemicals to get rid of it and check to make sure you are using the proper amount of chlorin.

Well, sometimes u should get a steel brush and scrub it, but apparently u have not been checking ur acid lvl's and chlorine lvl's enough... u should try puttin in more chlorine and seeing if that works... or u may have to use stuff called "shock" it is very strong and u can not swim in the pool for like 3 days after you use it.
You need to up the chlorine level and run the pump. Go to a local hardware store to their pool section and get a bag of 'shock' read the instructions on it, you might need more than just one bag. Use that to get the chlorine level up. Also i would get test strips too to test the water for the chlorine and ph levels. Keep you ph levels right to keep the chlorine level steady.
Sounds like algae... Chlorine oughta stop that from happening.
you need to add chemicals to the pool every so often. go to a pool store and buy a shock treatment, this gets rid of algae and other imbalances in the chemistry of the water.
