What's the best way to clean white plastic yard chairs after storage over the winter?

Question:I have small black spots on the arms and seats of my plastic yard chairs and I am finding them to be difficult to remove. I don't want to use anything too abrasive for fear it would ruin the smooth surface. Does anyone know of a product that would work or even a home made cleaning solvent?
I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

Answers:
Try putting some bleach in the water to clean it. Also Ajax or some type of cleaner with a little abrassiveness will work.

Mix 1 cup of bleach, 1cup of tide and 1 cup of **** and Span. Add it to two gallons of warm water and use it with a brush. It takes it right off. Rinse well.
try clorox clean up it cleans just about anything
I have used Brillo pads on mine and it didn't seem to hurt it. But, then again, my chair is old and I really didn't care if it did. I didn't scrub real hard, just more or less used the soap from the Brillo pad. I don't know what type of detergent is in the Brillo pads, but it works on a lot of things. Also, Dawn dishwashing liquid cleans a lot of things really well.
try a magic eraser, it takes off everything else!
409 cleaner and a soft brush or cloth
