What do I do about loud neighbors?
Question:I have neighbors that live above me and they are loud. I have called the office that manages the apartments and they don't do anything. What do I do?
Answers:
1. Talk to them in person. They will probably respect you for it. If you were loud, you'd want them to come to you in person first, right?
2. You're best bet if they don't listen is to keep trying to talk to the apartment manager though. Try going to see him/her in person. Explain your problem calmly and professionally (don't go in their screaming and yelling or he/she won't be willing to help at all).
3. If that doesn't work, try and get other people in your building/complex/whatever to sign a petition, make a couple copies, then tape the original to their door when they're not home. Make sure it's very well thought out and politely worded (not just "Shut up a**hole!" or anything), or they'll just get louder to piss EVERYONE off. Re-read it before you have everyone sign it though!
4. Lastly, if none of those work, call the police and try to have them cited for noise violations or disturbing the peace. (That only works if they are *extremely* loud, not just loud enough for you to hear them through the floor). But do it anonymously! Or they might get louder just to piss you off.

I agree, call the police. I did it a few times to my neighbors who lived above me. They would have parties on Sunday nights and I had to get up at 4 in the morning to go to work. Didn't care if they liked it or not. Just keep calling till they get the point.
first why dont you try talking to your neighbors and a good way its not what you say its how you say it someting like i appreciated you as neighbors anmd i really like you a lot but sometimes you guys can be a little noisy can you please try to keep the noise down its really bothering me thats just an example or maybe envite them for luch but complaing to the managers first can make them upset with you and sometimes they might make noise to upset you remember its not what you say its how you say it if that dont work ock ecery time the noise is happening they might get tired of you knocking and next think about moving the manager will not want to lose you if you are a good tenant

Well, i'll tell u what; u can do it the civilised way and talk to them or u can do it the hard way and just make a 2weeks plan; in their quiet time, make sure u make a hell lot of noise. Probably when they are sleeping or meditating (if they do that). they'll be sure to get the hint.
just go and talk to them they may not realize that they are noisy so best to talk first then if they still carry on you can use other method.
You got a problem! There is not a lot you can do. Talk to them first! then call the police. If you live in an appartment move, if you live in the burbs put up a privacy fence and also add a water fountain to create a noise barrier
